Proclaiming the Name Ministries exists for the sole purpose of proclaiming the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our commission is to go, teach, baptize, and make disciples (Matthew 28:19-20). We strive to implement those four elements into the churches which God calls us to serve.
Inspirations
Psalm 33:12, "Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, The people He has chosen as His own inheritance." In order to be a nation that is blessed by the LORD, we must seek the LORD. When we seek Him wholeheartedly, He will be found. Israel was blessed because they worshiped the only true God. To truly be blessed we must "have an interest in one greater than ourselves." Joseph Symonds
Although we are not a perfect nation and our sins are many, I believe we are a nation that has still been blessed by God. Today, I hope that we will thank God for all of His many blessings in our lives. We enjoy the freedoms that we have because of God, but let's also remember the men and women who have given their lives for this nation. Those who have sacrificed the most generally appreciate the sacrifice more because they know that the costs were great. God is great and He delights in us as His children (those who have a personal relationship with Him). Our delight should be in God, and we should be thankful for His blessings this day and every day as we pray for our nation to honor Him.
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.
Matthew 28:19-20
